Refund Policy

📋 General Refund Terms

  • Customers are entitled to request a refund within 48 hours of completing the payment if the service has not yet started.
  • In the event of a major issue with the service supported by clear evidence, the request will be reviewed and processed within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be returned to the same original payment method used during purchase.
  • Successfully completed orders according to the agreement between both parties are not eligible for refunds.

  • Approval or rejection decision: Within 3 business days.
  • Refund execution after approval: From 5 to 10 business days depending on the bank.

🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Services that have been fully completed according to the agreed terms.
  • Requests submitted after 48 hours from the payment time.
  • Digital services that have already been downloaded or used.
  • Cases where customer misuse or abuse is proven.
